The Solution

Forix was able to dive into their analytics and find out why customers were abandoning the shopping process. Forix used crucial data to modify the digital experience, including a revamped catalog page, more engaging product pages, and shoppable user-generated content. Forix even developed landing pages to better support Kid Kraft’s marketing efforts, which yielded great results. This led to a 32% increase in transactions and a 33% increase in average order value.
