Overview

Over the last 20 years, Title Boxing has risen to the top of the combat sports equipment industry. They have over 130 clubs, and supply more than 3,000 gyms.

The Challenge

The previous site design was not delivering the results that they wanted. They knew that they were missing out on important opportunities for growth. They wanted to bring their own knife and tool makers to the forefront, to showcase their unique and innovative designs that set them apart from the competition. To tackle these complex issues, Forix collaborated with their creative team and decided to prioritize our optimization projects by their potential to increase transactions.

The Solution

The pressure was on, so Forix got to work finding the leaks. After carefully reviewing their data using a variety of analytical tools, and assessing the general usability of the site, Forix was able to prioritize initial efforts. First, Forix improved the add-to-cart process which got more customers into the checkout funnel. Secondly, the team optimized the stages of checkout where shoppers were leaving. Once those changes were made, checkout abandonment fell by 22%, and conversion rates rose by 28%. Title Boxing emerged triumphant in uncertain times thanks to partners like Forix.
